Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Bingo Nörd game credits from Dichromatic AB. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides payment-related customer service, and handles returns and refunds.
Refund eligibility
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may grant a full or partial refund at its discretion when a request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Making a request does not guarantee a refund. Paddle may consider the reason for the request, whether game credits have been used, and other relevant circumstances.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible digital-content purchase within 14 days. That right may end once the digital content or service has begun to be supplied or used, where the consumer expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Other local laws may provide additional rights.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and select “Request refund,” or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Eligible refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible and processed within 14 days of approval. Paddle's transaction records are used to confirm eligibility and timing, without limiting any statutory rights.
Technical or product problems
If a persistent technical problem or material defect prevents you from using Bingo Nörd as described, please first report the issue to Dichromatic AB through our report-an-issue form. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact Paddle through paddle.net. Where a material defect is established, Paddle will provide any refund required by applicable consumer law.
What happens when a purchase is refunded
When a purchase is refunded, the game credits from that purchase are withdrawn from your account. If a credit from the refunded purchase was already used to publish a game, that game is closed — existing player cards remain viewable, but no new players can join.
Free and promotional credits
Credits granted for free (for example through a promotional code) have no cash value and are not refundable.
Refund abuse
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. If an account shows a pattern of abusive requests — for example, repeatedly purchasing credits, using them, and then requesting refunds — Dichromatic AB may suspend or terminate the account. Any games published with credits from an account suspended for refund abuse may be closed. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Paddle's terms
Refund requests are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. If this page conflicts with Paddle's applicable terms, Paddle's terms apply to the purchase and refund process.
